2025 A2EP Annual General Meeting results

Dear Colleague,

On Monday 1 December at 3:00pm AEDT, A2EP hosted its 2025 Annual General Meeting online.

Thank you to all the A2EP Member key contacts who either joined us online for the meeting or submitted a proxy in advance. 

It has been a year of meaningful progress for A2EP, delivering our strongest financial results to date and our largest-ever attendance at our Australian Renewable Heat Conference. These are significant milestones for the organisation and a testament to the strength of our growing Member community.

I am pleased to advise that all six resolutions put to the Board passed and that a new Director was elected to join the Board. 

A warm welcome and congratulations to Craig Morgan, Group Sales Director at Northmore Gordon on his election.  

My appointment as Chair in September was formalised and Natalie Shanahan from AGL was confirmed as Treasurer, taking on the role from Paul Gregory of Sugar Australia, who we thank for his time and effort as Treasurer for the last 18 months.

Many thanks and best wishes to Chris Briggs from the UTS Institute for Sustainable Futures and Rachel Mottram from Tronox who concluded their Board service at the AGM. We also thank Alex Swanson from Anthesis Group who stepped down from the Board earlier this year and Quentin Crombie from Vanguard International who finishes up this month as Company Secretary. Thank you all very much for your time and unwavering support for A2EP!
